As part of this practices’ commitment to preventative care, we operate a service which reminds patients when they are due for a general health check-up, routine tests or even vaccinations. We also operate a reminder and recall system that will automatically contact you via text if your Doctor wishes to see you for follow-up. If you would like more information, please speak to your doctor or a member of our reception team. Please note that you can ask to be removed from the register at any time.

Our clinic uses HotDoc to send secure health messages via SMS to notify you when you need to book an appointment. The steps are as follows:

  1. Receive HotDoc automatically-issued SMS
  2. Verify your details
  3. Call back the clinic or book via HotDoc to book the appointment

Our receptionists will also call all patients who book in online ahead of time to screen for any respiratory, cough, cold or flu-like symptoms prior to your appointment.
